Hi all. I'm Daran, 46yo ADHDr Dad living near to Reading, Berkshire, UK. My size is slowly increasing as my age does which is an obvious concern. I am currently taking an SSRI for BPD which effects my blood pressure (high) which then effects any type of Gym induction because its high. I really don't want to take another synthetic med and start the never ending synthetic layering process of drugs for drugs! My goal is to improve fitness, reduce fat and come away from the SSRI.
