The Armor of Compassion
Have you ever felt the impact of a small act of kindness? Isn’t it amazing how something so simple can stick with you for years? While harshness or force might grab attention in the moment, do they ever really inspire or heal? Think about the people who’ve left a lasting mark on your life. Were they the ones who used force to get their way, or the ones who showed patience, empathy, and understanding? True strength isn’t about being loud or dominant—it’s about staying kind and gentle, even when the world gives you every reason not to. How do you want to be remembered? By the temporary wins of force, or by the trust, connection, and inspiration you create with a kind heart? The choice is yours, and the impact of that choice could echo far beyond what you can imagine.

The Armor of Compassion
From Broken to Strong: How Every Person Builds You
In life, you’ll come across two types of people: those who lift you up and those who test you. Both are important. The ones who support you help you grow, while the ones who challenge you make you tougher. Eventually, you’ll realize they both played a part in shaping who you are, and you'll be grateful for them all.

From Broken to Strong: How Every Person Builds You

Every person we meet has a purpose—some to help us bloom and others to teach us resilience. Both are gifts in their own way.
Triggers
Triggers aren't necessarily bad; they're actually blessings that guide you to areas in need of attention and healing, no matter how uncomfortable they may be. 🙏🏼 The more you ignore these triggers, the more they will appear. Once the lesson is learned and the trigger healed within you, that’s when they start to fade away. It’s not always easy, and I have my share too, but learning to embrace your triggers with love is part of the healing process.

Sometimes triggers show us where we need healing the most. It’s not easy, but working through them with kindness toward yourself really makes a difference.
What’s the One Thing You’re Grateful For Today?
This is about celebrating what makes you happy right now. It can be something big, like achieving a goal, or something simple, like the first sip of your morning coffee. Focusing on the good things helps you feel grateful and can start a nice conversation. What’s brightening your life these days? Whether it's big or small, share it! You might inspire someone else to find their happy moment too!

Releasing what no longer benefits me.
Since beginning these meditations, I’ve experienced so many transformations within myself. I’ve moved through feelings of confusion, mental fog, and exhaustion, yet also faced the depths of my inner struggles. Now, I’m receiving new insights, things feel lighter, and I’m releasing what no longer serves me in my life and relationships. I have deep trust in the divine and understand that everything I’ve been through is part of my journey to help others. Acceptance has been the key, and now I feel liberated and incredibly grateful. I’m eager to support and uplift as many people as I can.
