There’s so many things about making AI But what skill would you like to learn the most? Automation? Fine tuning? Promoting? Connecting? Scraping?

When I started, I built insane multi-agent systems with 47-node n8n workflows that were engineering masterpieces BUT…. Zero sales. Why? I couldn’t explain the business value in one sentence. Business owners don’t buy “cool tech” they buy solutions to expensive problems. This could literally be 3 nodes for an ai agent like in my classroom Most AI automation builders focus 90% on tech, 10% on business. Should be the opposite. You need to understand: ∙ Sales processes ∙ Lead qualification ∙ Customer journeys ∙ Basic metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates) The automation? That’s the easy part. What Changed I stopped pitching workflows. Started pitching outcomes: ❌ “Multi-agent system with vector databases” ✅ “Reactivate dead leads → 15% book calls → $X revenue” That’s why I’m implementing a full business layer in the Skool classroom this month. Teaching you to find clients, price properly, and hit minimum 5K MRR not just build cool shit nobody buys. Tech without business = expensive hobby.
