How can I join the weekly coaching calls?

I need input on whether I should get an VA or not. To be honest, I am interested in getting one. I need someone to handle the backend while I handle the front end like prospecting, cold calling, demo calls, onboarding calls. The VA would be running ads, following up with leads, nurturing them and booking appointments for the clients. This sound like the ideal plan for me right now. I have a lot of potential clients but I don’t think that I will be able to do everything alone. And I want to give the best results possible. I’m willing to invest a little bit of money in the VA as long as they will work well because I know 2 or 3 realtors personally who are willing to work with me even though I haven’t had a demo call with them yet. What do you think?
