What are you currently working on that is challenging you the most? I'm currently trying to do a series of videos and I realize.. I hate doing video!!! I've tried to over come it. I even teach on the subject but when it comes to me doing my own videos... no thank you. So this week I'm determined to shoot and post up two videos. Wish me luck!

Hey everyone! I'm about to do a quick sprint through a few pages (web and social) to check for dead links, outdated details, etc. Even if you can't address everything in one sitting, your challenge is to take 5-10 minutes to look through your pages for similar "spring cleaning" matters and either take action to edit or take notes to revisit soon (and commit to when you'll revisit to edit!). I'll lead with the goods which explains why I chose this Elf GIF. Tip for our speakers or aspiring speakers out there: Rename your headshot photo files to include your first and last name (so it's no longer, say, "headshot2"). This will make life easier for whoever is on the other end of promotions, and if you're receiving branded graphics in return you might get those back faster if they know who's who/aren't redoing them 12 times. And even if it's not speaking, but any other opportunity to provide a headshot or something that represents you, go ahead and name the files with your name so so there's no confusion. Ok the short backstory for those who care :) Working on another project which includes speaker headshots. 2 of the 3 have generic file titles. Fortunately 1 of those 2 I recognize, so the last one is process of elimination/has to be remaining name. But I couldn't help but wonder how this would get weird and also slow things down if I didn't recognize one of them, or if I just had a larger speaker pool.
