For me, self-love means keeping my cup full so that I can pour into my loved ones and others from a place of abundance. It’s having a strong foundation built on self-respect, trust, and deep acceptance of who I am. It means loving myself fully embracing both my light and my shadows so that I can show up in life as the best version of myself. Its also about giving myself grace, allowing forgiveness, and releasing the weight of past wounds so that I dont carry them into my future or let them shape my present. Now, Id love to hear from you!
