Meal plan
Hello Can I please ask about changing the order of the meal plan during week one? For example is it OK to have the smoothie first up for breakfast, then have the juice later on in the day? Thankyou

To remain healthy as I get older and to always feel good. Also to improve digestion and reduce bloating What are your fitness goals?
