Day 1: November Sleep Challenge is Here
Today’s about one simple mission—getting your body and brain back on the same team. Most of us live out of sync—sleeping at random hours, eating whenever, scrolling until midnight. Your body’s rhythm runs on consistency. When that rhythm’s off, energy tanks, cravings spike, and sleep suffers. So today, your focus is reset. 👉 Wake up and go to bed at the same time. THIS small ANCHOR tells your brain, “We’re back on schedule.” Consistency beats intensity here. Reset the rhythm—everything else follows.

I can typically get to bed around the same time, but I have to wake up so early during the week (5:30) that on the weekends I need a little longer (7-7:30)
Who Actually rested This Weekend
Halloween weekend can be nuts. I get it. Between kids, life, all the sugar, you name it. We don’t usually sleep. So, I’m curious: who actually got their allotted sleep, and maintained good habits!? I have to know what I’m working with this week :)

Sat to Sun was a good 7-8 hours, but today up at 3, 4, 4:20, 4:45, 5:08, then my alarm went off at 5:30😒
