I didn't get to listen to this message until now and it is quite complex, in my opinion. Our human form is very constrictive, especially when struggling with serious health difficulties which make it harder to love the human form and try to enjoy the experience fully. Uplifting meditations and creative pursuits help but is still difficult to find joy with limitations.
