Form Submissions
Hi, I'm Bob and new to the group. I was wondering if anyone knows how to get a user to submit a reuseable form? Use case: I would like my users to complete regular reflections. At this point the only option I know is to create multiple Short Text Form entries on a page. It would be more convenient to have one form they submitted and reused each time. There is a submission tab in the user area where submitted forms go, but I can’t figure out how to submit a form to the area. Any help would be great. Thanks

Hey @Bob Green - Welcome! Happy to help here. Right now, any “submittable” form inside ContentBlocks is designed for one-off submissions. So for your use case (recurring reflections), the system treats each submission as its own entry, meaning multiple submissions over time rather than one reusable form. I’m curious about your ideal workflow. For you why is it more burdensome to have many pages each submitted once VS one page submitted many times? In many cases, having separate submissions may make it easier to track how someone’s reflections change over time. But I’d love to understand your motivation for wanting a single reusable version (and how that benefits your users / community). If you don’t need historical inputs saved, you could create a simple Reflections page with text blocks that users overwrite. The tradeoff is that previous versions would not be stored. To get a form to show up in the Submissions tab - you need to: 1. Add your form blocks to the page (ex text input) 2. Click the form bar that appears at the top left of the builder 3. Toggle on “Can Submit Page” That is what turns the page into a submittable form and sends each submission into the user’s Submissions tab. If I’m misunderstanding your flow, feel free to clarify here or reach out through the in-app chat anytime. And if this is something you’d like to see improved, you can use the feature requests area in the app (top-right corner, the Z / squiggle icon). The more detail you're able to share, the better.

@Tim Widmer excited to have you here - things are really starting to look great on the product side last I saw!
Been looking at ways to give students powerful results
Very excited about this product - I have been looking at the vision of my organisation and what I am trying to achieve and central to this is how can I deliver results for my clients more powerfully. And I feel like this solution is going to be key - I love how I can now integrate the AI coaches into encouraging them to fill out the answers - game changer :) I am brand new and still have to learn how everything works but I have been looking at ways that I can reward people for doing the work - from gamification etc - having a coach built in to answer your questions is definitely a differentiator - excited about this :)

Hey @Atinuke Ajoke Tech - Welcome to the group!
This is amazing.
I have been creating my Mindset Agent for my Over 50 Female fitness program. Women over 50 have tried dozens of programs over the decades. The Mindset Agent will really help build trust in me and the program. I'll update as I roll it out. Much thanks!

@Rudy Martinez That sounds awesome. Mindset is such a huge lever for long-term change - I would imagine specifically for anyone who has tried a ton of programs before. Really excited to hear how your Agent(s) help build that trust and accountability. Definitely keep us posted as you roll it out - would love to see what you’re creating!
Excited to be apart of this launch.
We’ve participated in a lot of challenges on other platforms, and the same thing always stood out—PDF workbooks and static resources just don’t create lasting engagement. That’s why we’re building our first 5-Day Challenge in ContentBlocks, and honestly, we believe it’s going to change everything. The interactive experience isn’t just about watching or downloading, it’s about getting members to actually do the things that lead to success. The way ContentBlocks stacks purpose with engagement means our members will be building something they can always come back to. Almost like creating their own SOPs without even realizing it. We’ve never seen another platform make that possible. Thanks Dylan and the team. Excited to be apart of the contentblocks launch.

Hey @Eric Howell - Jumping back into the community here! Huge thanks for being one of our early adopters - and honestly for pushing our thinking around how training and challenges should actually flow. Your insights on navigation and engagement have really helped shape what we’re building. I love how you put it: “getting people to actually do the thing is where real transformation happens.” Couldn’t agree more. Static PDFs just can’t drive that long-term progress the way interactive content can - and that’s a big part of what we’re trying to enable here. Super excited to see how your Challenge plays out and what the results look like for your community. Keep us posted - and if there’s anything we can help with along the way - we’re here!
