Totally Twisted Day 20
Again, I did the Swinger manoeuvre before going into Totally Twisted. After only a couple of days, this combination seems to have helped relieve a lot of the tension that had recently built up. Having still struggled to creat good daily habits, this seems - so far - to be a successful daily habit I've built. Long may it continue. Peace and love to you all and namaste πŸ™

Totally Twisted Day 19
Before going into the Totally Twisted manoeuvre, I did the Swinger manoeuvre to target the shoulders specifically. I felt that this enabled me to go a little deeper into the shoulder tension; this then made for a more comfortable session overall. Also, I've noticed that this practice is helping me to become more conscious of points throughout the day when I'm holding my shoulders tense and I'm then consciously lowering/loosening them. @Joby Boughey my plan is to do a 90 day challenge... 30 days on mainly Totally Twisted, then 30 days on another manoeuvre, and another 30 days on a different one again. I guess I can also explore other manoeuvres to combine with the main one
Totally Twisted Day 18
Again, I noticed a large amount of tightness and tension in the shoulders and neck during the manoeuvre. Whilst I felt relief at the time, it is still lingering this evening and causing discomfort. I'll start to experiment with some other techniques as of tomorrow. Good night and much love to you all. Namaste πŸ™

Totally Twisted Day 17 (yesterday)
It feels like more tension has built up in my shoulders over the last couple of days and I could feel that during the manoeuvre. As it's become something that feels much more natural, I was able to push further than I have done previously, which helped to relieve the pressure more. Much love to you all and namaste πŸ™
Totally Twisted Day 16 (Sunday 26th April 2026)
This morning, I was aware of a nagging pain/discomfort in my left trap muscle and travelling up into the left side of my neck. I also felt like I was fighting against the tension in my shoulders during the manoeuvre (I had to loosen the stretch and readjust a few times during each part). Overall, though, I felt an enormous sense of relief when it came time to unwind from the manoeuvre. A beautiful practice carried out, again, with a view of nature and the sound of bird song.
