Welcome if you are new here and welcome back if you where here from version 1. (BeAnythingNow.) I am sooooooo excited to announce that this space is back. I am grateful to have a place where we can discuss and share about our journeys in becoming masters of our reality. We will be starting with a live group call/workshop mid May, please comment what day would be best in the week (Mon-Sun). There are some articles from the first version that I will leave up and I will post an article later on this week with a breakdown of what to expect from the classroom. The Power of Shifting. 🧙🏼‍♂️
All of us have experienced anxiety whether we have given it that particular name or not. It usually manifests itself as not so nice sensations in our body. Perhaps a tightening in our chest, a knot in our stomach, the feeling of our airways closing up, or sweaty palms etc. However Anxiety is not just the sensations in our body it also comes with a unique set of thoughts. A story that accompanies and gives meaning to the feelings we feel. The narrative of the story that we attach to the feeling is as important as the feeling itself. You might have heard the saying “Emotions are Energy in Motion”. It is the energy of the feeling directed by our thoughts that create the motion which leads to our behaviour and actions. The story we tell ourselves about this event convinces us of a future that is yet to come. It teleports our bodies into a reality that is yet to manifest but that feels just like the real thing in the moment. The Equation looks something like this: The Feeling + The Story + the Action(s) = The Experience // So how can we shift the narrative and create the foundations of a brighter future? Firstly I want to clarify that shifting is not about denying or ignoring. It is the ability to accept a thing as it is but at the same time inspecting them from different perspectives to create a whole picture. Shifting is transmuting. What once made you quiver in your boots can be the source of inspiration and courage. What once paralysed you can excite you and motivate you to take action. Shifting is a skill that can be applied to different areas of your life. It provides you with the flexibility to be creative and overcome challenges. This is the power that we have if we are willing to be present and make a conscious choice instead of just re-acting and re-playing the same scenarios and ultimately re-creating the same experiencing. With this skill you will develop the ability to create the experience you want. You will be able to shift from the role of victim to the role of the victor.

The Power of Alignment. 🚨
As you guys may know, my partner and I have been adjusting to life as new parents recently. It’s been 7 months since the birth of our first child Ariael Michelle Roni Tejada-Scott. Although his birth was traumatic, to say the least... Ari has been the complete opposite and brought us so much joy since his arrival into this world! As you can imagine this kind of change has taken us a while to get used to, especially with our work and our schedules. Both of me and @Lauren Scott-sbicca are very ambitious and creative, so the illusive work-life balance has been really tricky to navigate. // For context, my partner is in her 2nd year of running her own business as a Spiritual Coach and Akashic Record Reader while I on the other hand am entering 1 year since last being employed and about 7 months into initiating my first steps into the world of coaching and content creation. At first, we split our time down the middle once Lauren was ready to get back to work. However, we quickly realised that it just wasn’t enough time for her to be able to scale her business. We both are firm with our boundary that Ari needs time with both of us and all together so our work time was cut down to 26 hours in a week. With this set up Lauren was able to fulfil her responsibilities with her clients but she did not have enough time to work on anything that would bring in growth. As for myself, I found that starting from scratch was more difficult than I had anticipated and often found myself battling with self-limiting beliefs and mental blocks that made it difficult to gain traction. // So last week we decided to sacrifice our sleep and talk about our future and what we truly wanted long into the night. Risky as new parents but one thing we always prioritise is getting on the same page. Because Lauren was seeing a lot more traction with her business we decided to switch things up. We got aligned and decided to split our time and focus in a way that meant Lauren was able to make the most out of her current trajectory.

Projects can seem daunting to begin with but having a system to keep track of the things you want to achieve can be super helpful. Specially a visual way to see what you got going on and to help take the load off your mind. The chunks of time are great to get you into the mind frame of dedicating a block time to a specific type of task and to help you get into flow state. For example getting all your admin done or getting creative for a chunk of time is better for you. Instead of jumping from 1 task to another and having to go from your creative brain to your logical brain. This can make you more tired and can have an impact on the quality of work. It is also helps you to reduce the amount of tasks you do. 3 High leverage tasks a day is enough to make massive changes when you are consistent and is a much more sustainable way to work in the long run!
What is Resistance? ⛔️
Resistance is the opposite of flow. It is the stuck-ness we feel when we are not moving with the natural rhythm of life. Everything oscilates. The earth spins. The universe is expanding. Your own heartbeat creates a rhythm as well as your breathe. However internal and external triggers can cause you to disrupt this natural flow and cause disconnection. Feel free to use this category to share the areas in life where you can feel resistance and how you plan to overcome it. If you don't have a plan or an idea you can ask for support from other community members. The aim is to use our combined experiences to help each other out in our own journey. ** Start by sharing a time you felt resistance in the past and either internally or externally and what you did to overcome that! **
