Direct Steering VS countersteering slow speed
What is actually the proper method for slow speed cornering under 30km/h ? Some ppl tell me that under 30km/h you need to direct steer, and above you should use countersteering. Other people told me I should always countersteer (what I’m doing right now) but I am wondering if maybe that is the issue of why I’m sometimes not taking my turns correctly?

Im working on the drills with my new 800cc bike (first time on a bike bigger than 300), i am trying both counter steering which i loved doing on my older 250cc street bike. I am more effective with the counter steering but it feels riskier to me and im scared of dropping my bike, so im learning to direct steer. But once i get crash guards im going back to countersteering mainly. I think its good to learn both ways and just try and get to a point the bike feels like extension of my body.
