Further SAR Help Request
I posted about dealing with Scott & Co (Scotland) LLP last week. That particular issue was for 2025 CT. They have an earnings arrestment on me right now which is really hurting I must say! I am still in the process of waiting the given times for SAR2 and then onto SAR3. Since then they have sent me another arrestment of earnings letter - covering '22 - '25. They have sent this to my employer also. Is there any way I can tackle this before it comes into effect? Same DCA and I hope ICO will side with me and I can tackle them in court eventually.

SAR Request
Hi folks, I am dealing with Scott and Co. (Scotland) LLP. I sent through my SAR 1, SAR 2 and SAR 3 using the full timelines and got a nonsense letter inbetween not answering anything. But just as I am writing up my ICO complaint I have now realised that Scott and Co. requested I update them with my ID through their online portal. I didnt know I "had" to do this. They have closed the SAR request as I missed their 7 day deadline 3 weeks ago. Is this legal and can they do this? Do I have to start my SAR process over? Please help.

Once I send them this email and my ID. How long should I give them? They requested my ID 4 days into SAR 2's 14 days. Would that be a further 10 days and then send SAR 3 again and wait 14 days?
