All it took was implementing new marketing strategies and, most importantly, finding the right market. I promise you—use the spreadsheet. This will be one of the smartest things you do for your business and yourself. In my previous market, I spent three months making over 40,000 calls and got zero contracts. Today, I successfully assigned two contracts from last week and am working on assigning the other three. Having the right knowledge but applying it incorrectly can hurt you. I had the knowledge, but my implementation was off. You must have systems and well oil machine.
