Hello there guys, I've been sitting on plenty of ideas to improve this coaching service and your experience of it for a while now! Finally starting to get some implemented starting with changing some of the ways I give feedback: - My check-in feedback will still be as normal however I'm always trying to work on that feedback style but importantly, I'm adding a mini sheet I will send over directly to highlight what we're working on. (I've attached a screenshot of it below) - Monthly I will be dropping in a feedback form... for me! I'm obviously the one always dishing out constructive feedback so that you lot can improve, however it would be great if I could get some myself so that I can also continuously progress this service! It is entirely optional and can be done anonymously. (So basically let me know if I am shit!).
