Hola todos/everyone! My name is Daniel. Born in TX, did IT for over 7 years in the Navy and now currently living back in my hometown Brownsville, TX after being honorable discharged out. Not currently employed atm but believe a remote job would be the best fit for me for sure. Customer service help desk type work is my bread and butter. Brought 4 bravo zulus to my IT division back when I was on the USS JOHN C. STENNIS. For those that know don't know what that means, a bravo zulu is basically a 5 star rating review/outstanding performance 🤙🏽 Big into working out & staying active, playing video games with my best friend on the weekends, & recently got really involved into chess(even started watching the Queens Gambit) I came across Remote Freedom though an ig ad reel. Hit follow, watched a few of his stories, sent a few dm's and well, now I'm here. Definitely happy & excited to be here too! What excites me the most about remote work is the flexibility it brings as well, how very little traffic there is going to work, & how you can choose your own office space anytime you work(either working in a quiet room by yourself at minimum and having a window view or outside in the sun on a laptop, that, that is awesome right there!). My goal is to get a real good flexible job that allows me to have Freedom and time to get everything I want to get done and still have room to travel and see the world as well. That would be amazing to achieve! 😌

Hello everyone, Francisco here from Texas! In terms of professional background, I've been in corporate finance (mostly banking) for around 4 years. I'm highly interested in exploring other remote job opportunities though (Sales, Marketing, Data Analysis, etc.), whichever will allow me the most freedom/leverage. I'd be grateful for the communities help on this. In terms of hobbies, I do love to travel. I went on a solo trip to Cancun, Playa Del Carmen, and Tulum at the beginning of this year. It really opened my eyes to what's really possible out there, and how much environment and culture shapes our perceptions and beliefs of the world around us. Met a gang of people from Argentina, Australians, and a bunch of Canadians funny enough. I discovered the Remote Freedom Community from following Austin's channel for a while, was always a dream of mine to have that level from geographic freedom. Working remote excites me because I feel it's the future. In my experience, corporations generally make you go into the office to have more control, which I am very much not a fan of. Some countries I would like to work from are: Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Various Eastern European countries, Spain, Portugal, SEA. It would be a great goal of mine to someday visit the Philippines again, I lived there until I was 8 years old before coming to the US.
