I finished @Kasim Aslam’s book HIRE and it was really good. Fire man thanks for sharing here. I know there’s resources with various places via the spreadsheet that was shared as a resource. Which are the obvious front runners on where to find talent? 1-Do we post a job on a site that’s more specific to one of the countries/ region? 2-Do I use a service like LinkedIn Recruiter Lite/ Rocket Reach and use Boolean search to find talent? How do I get “top of funnel” talent for “closer to US” time zones? I’m EST. Thanks!
