Hi guys, I made this basketball rebounding product that bounces the ball back to the shooter, What do you think of it? And what are any criticisms you have of it.
It trains your body so you make more shots instead of missing them. I love it. However, there can be a few adjustments like curving it to make it bounce back at you not anywhere else.
Im 13 and 172 cm and on the heavier side (i'm not fat, just heavy). My playstyle is more oriented around shooting but I want to use my body and contact to bump defenders so i can get an easy layyy. What are some drill i can do to use my body?
