I am really enjoying the MSD structured content so far, it’s clear and concise. The process driven framework, worksheets and ratios are great, but I especially like the fact that you have also included personal accountability for self care to the course. It’s still so often overlooked or just simply ignored in far too many sales environments, even though we are in 2025!
