@Kris Stehr It's more a tool for myself (The business) so I can refer to it as I explain these complex concepts that would take much longer to explain without simple examples in front of us. I can pull up the classroom section and then show them and actually share the link with them as a resource for them to follow up later on. It helps bring the new people up to speed so they can actually ask good questions. It can also guide experienced customers to advanced practices leading them down a rabbit hole. When they get stuck, they reach out to us as professionals and already understand our background and ideology. It's also a tool we are using on the backend to document how Im running the business and I give employees access to it so they can easily figure out things. "How to print, how to make an order with a vendor, even how to contact/email our accountant" So it's an all in one place for our business training as well as customer training/resource.
