Hello!
Hi Gentlemen, Dan here, checking in. I’m a 37 year old, father of three young kids. I work in the software world. I’m re-engaging after letting the dad bod get out of hand. My goals over the next 90 days are to lose weight, increase my consistency and build a foundational habit of fitness so that I can thrive for my family and myself. Currently I’m sitting at - H: 5’7” W: 175 I can either grow 3-4 inches or lose about 25 lbs. I think the latter is more realistic so that’s the target! Looking forward to becoming part of the community.

@Keith Hanenian Esq I’m starting fresh after being on a 3-4 month hiatus from my previous routine of push, pull, legs. I don’t plan on losing 25lbs in 90 days. The main focus is to start taking weight off and building consistency in my fitness habits. So, maybe 10lbs realistically. I’ll be doing BD programming and weaving in cardio and mobility.
