Hi Gentlemen, Dan here, checking in. I’m a 37 year old, father of three young kids. I work in the software world. I’m re-engaging after letting the dad bod get out of hand. My goals over the next 90 days are to lose weight, increase my consistency and build a foundational habit of fitness so that I can thrive for my family and myself. Currently I’m sitting at - H: 5’7” W: 175 I can either grow 3-4 inches or lose about 25 lbs. I think the latter is more realistic so that’s the target! Looking forward to becoming part of the community.
