Needed Advice For Freshman Grades and GPA
Hello! I'm a high school freshman in the U.S. seeking advice for grades, class ranking, and standardized testing. I needed help on my own, as I'm taking the following courses shown in the photos below, and also have my grades for the first semester. Could you help give me tips and or solution to help tailor my grades from A- or Bs to primarily As and A+s and fix that slight difference? The main problem is Computer Science I and Geometry, which are my mathematical-based classes; my problem isn't procrastinating or spending time on my phone, but instead time management for courses on how long to spend studying or doing homework. For example, doing Computer Science I Advanced Homework can take 3-4 Hours or the whole time, but I'm not even done with it, leaving little to no time for other classes. Also, I feel that the classes nowadays are not taught and are more self-independent, especially in honors classes, which teach you to be self-sufficient, but lack practice resources. I want to grow my academic skills to have a strong foundation. People may say you have time, or it will grow over time, but I want actionable skills or tasks to improve further, as this is very important to me. As a kinesthetic learner who likes to teach, I would like to integrate that learning style into my work.

@Syeda Zainab Fatima, I like this response; thanks for sharing!
Standing Out?
How can we make our science project stand out in the computational biology category, even if others have done very similar work in the past?
