I’m going to be completely transparent and vulnerable for a minute. My profile is a CS, last year I was a CSI. I thrive off systems and facts, and enjoy admin work. I am seriously holding myself back though wanting to know more than my experience allows. I am new to the RE industry and being an independent contractor/being my own RE "entity". I consider myself to be an empath. I have always been the mother figure to those around me since I was a child (yes, a child), and what I feel is written all over my face and in my body language. I do not have the confidence in being an agent yet, as I feel I do not know enough. AND I am an introvert. Sometimes I get burnt out being around too much energy and stimulation. I can be social, outgoing and fun (I'm the one that will include someone if they seem lonely or have a good energy about them). And I am 1,000% down for those who touch my heart, but like I said I am an empath and the vibes and energy I feel around others play a big part in me stepping off and preferring to be at home, safely within my sanctuary. I’ve had the same, few good friends that I am close with since elementary school, my inner circle is tiny, and I prefer it that way. Life has conditioned me to rely solely on myself, and I’ve had to be the responsible one for so long that I carry the weight of the world on my shoulders. All of this is causing me to hold myself back due to codependency. It takes a lot for me to get to a point where I don’t care anymore about the restraints, and when I put my mind to it NOTHING will stop me! But it takes too long for that to happen, and I want to naturally be able to switch to that mode without being in beast mode, if you will. 😉 What advice do you have to help me break these generational chains I carry? My goal once I'm free, is to help others like me stuck and too strong to be vulnerable enough to get the help to free themselves...

Now that I have the Miltary Relocation Professional (MRP) Certification, how do I advertise this without coming across as desperate by going to a local army base and advertising my services? I need a lot of help figuring out exactly where to put this piece of my potential lead generation puzzle together...I am open to your suggestions...Thanks in advance!

Uncle Knolly, I am having trouble getting service directory referrals for the cover of my book. Do you suggest having companies on there that you are happy to refer even though they don't buy into it? I would like to have a book printed to start using but I feel like I am getting caught up in the wait for companies to want to advertise. Maybe to being new and not well known in the area.

Hello Everyone! I’m excited to be a part of this community. I’m a new agent with EXP Realty and I want to focus on listings. I still have a full time job as a professional counselor and my goal is to work towards resigning and being a full time realtor as soon as I can. What advice could you give me to help reach my goal?

Coming over from Keller Williams - they had KW command as their CRM tool. I was able to create a mailer/postcard campaign tagging certain contacts to send postcards to. I was able to create the postcard based on a set of templates. What tool are you using to help streamline postcard campaigns. My contacts are in KVCORE. Thoughts?
