You just made a decision most PTs never make — to invest in yourself beyond the minimum required to keep your license. That alone separates you from 95% of our profession. Now let's get to work... Why we created HPPT Our profession is in a weird place. PTs are being asked to see 20-25 patients a day in corporate clinics. Insurance companies underpay us — or ask for money back years later. New grads are graduating with six figures of debt and starting salaries that don't reflect the doctorate hanging on the wall. Mid-career PTs are stuck, watching the fire they had on day one slowly die. We surveyed 60+ clinicians and the data was clear. The new generation of PTs wants better mentorship — not just clinically, but personally. They feel like the leaders above them have stopped caring or never cared in the first place. The veteran PTs feel stuck, with no real reason to keep developing. This needs to change. The question is: who's going to lead it? Thus our motto: "If not me, then who?" HPPT exists for one reason: to rebuild the physical therapy profession by starting where every real change starts — with the clinician as a human being. Better humans become better PTs. Better PTs change the profession. That's the order. That's the mission. We're also not just another producer of CEU "slop" courses. Our virtual and in-person classes were design because that is another gap in our profession, especially when it comes to lifting mechanics and personal development. . The product is you — sharper, more disciplined, mentally tougher, paid what you're worth, and proud of the profession you chose. Plus, you get to connect with other PTs who have the same mentality as you, creating massive opportunities for creating jobs and clinics that dominate as "the best of the best" in the PT world.
