Produce-A-Thon April '26 - My entry
In the spirit of sharing, here's what I came up with for this challenge. Quite happy overall actually with such limited time - although could do with a little more contrast and variation I think. Do I have the wrong Vocal File?
Key community! From the PRODUCE-A-THON WEBINAR this morning, did you download the Vocal File that the Reverb is so heavy? I'm thinking there must be another Vocal file that is less reverb. I must have the wrong Vocal File. Please let me know if I do. Thanks!

I thought 110, however i’m seeming to have to warp the vocals quite a bit as t changes from chorus to verse, which is giving me great experience and fun results!

Production Workshop
Hey everybody, I’ve really been enjoying the music production workshop and how much it’s pushed me as a musician! I’ve recently discovered my love for EDM/Dance/House/Future Bass, all genres of the sort, and am using the vocal file to develop a song in those genres to expand my skills as I typically create Hip Hop songs. I’m curious to hear what genres some of you are drawn to with this vocal sample?

Hey there everybody, my name is Daniel! I love music because it allows to relate with one another on a human level, dissolving isolation and alienation and creating a community where we all have a voice. Music is how i express myself, and i’m so glad to be here to help develop more of the musical language so I can be more fluid in my self expression. I’ve been writing lyrics for 14 years and dabbling with ableton for about 8 years, but I let negative outlets block my need for healthy self expression. Now 3 years sober and much more clear headed, I am seeking intense education as I pursue publishing my first project! I am looking forward ti creating a community to help me learn and grow and am very happy to help others where I can. I have a home studio I have assembled over the years, and I am building my recording studio over the next few weeks to start production in my project!
