Hi all, I've been dealing with leads going completely silent after the first outreach message and I know a lot of you have run into this too. Spent some time working through it last week, and here's what actually moved the needle for me: 1. Set up an instant auto-response the second a lead comes in, even before a human replies. 2. Call within 5 minutes if at all possible, response rates drop off a cliff after that. 3. Track response time as a real metric, not just lead volume. Happy to clarify anything, hope this helps 🙏
