Welcome to the breathwork revolution my friend! The tools, the technology and the tribe in this community have the power to change your world. And when you change Your world, everyone around you benefits. We’re here to transform, to grow, and to create a better life for ourselves and for others, so in that spirit there’s two simple things I want you to do: 1. Drop a post and introduce yourself. Where are you from? What are your passions? And most importantly - what kind of life do you want to create? 2. Like, comment and support at least 3 other people in this community. We’re doing this together, which means showing up together.  Stay tuned and watch this space! Good things are coming. Life is a mental game guys! Once you are leveled up on the mental side you can kiss goodbye the cycles of self sabotage and limiting beliefs. This is where you get to become the designer of your own life. Master of your destiny. Get ready.

@Eline Postma This will be huge with Reiki. I'm a CRM (Level III) and I had training with other styles of breath work when I went for my Meditation Certification but this is next level. While all breathing has benefits, this style is life changing. I had a hysterectomy and during surgery had a co2 embolism that nearly killed me a few months ago so it left a lot of trauma, internally and I've been struggling with my mindset and held a lot of stress because I've not been able to work a lot. Day 2 into this and I'm feeling really good, the best I've felt since the surgery. Also, add cold showers. Cold water therapy is also been very beneficial and you don't have to do it for very long. At the end of a regular shower, I do 30 seconds to 2 minutes of cold at the end and it's intense but it makes you feel very much alive after the discomfort and lowers anxiety/ stress as well. ❤️

@Sonny Wamback That is amazing that you turned your life around so positively! Much love ❤️

I was able to lead a client and her therapy dog on a journey yesterday. I have never even thought of having a dog sitting in. The client wept through deep release in a journey entitled, " Conquering the fear of being hurt". It was beautiful. We talked at the end as she spoke of trauma as a young woman and she mentioned that the dog had some trauma as a puppy and is terrified of riding in cars. We commented on how we wondered what a journey is like through a dogs eyes. She called the moment she got home and instead of crying all the way home the dog slept peacefully! Seriously, you can't make this up!!! Needless to say Ruthie the dog is coming to the next session!

That's awesome! My cats sit in on mine when I'm the breather. They love it. They are big fans of reiki too.

Hello! One of my pod mates and Iare looking for another 1 or 2 people who want to join us in an accountability pod to get this certification knocked out and our own practices up and running. I will create a complimentary logo for each person in the pod ($500 value. I have a degree in Business and Graphic Design) and will offer crazy discounts for life for those who help us reach these goals . DM me if you are interested. Have a great day! ❤️

@Joyce Harris that would be amazing! ❤️ we would love that.

It's not the same as a 9D Breathwork Journey, but going through 9D tracks on Spotify I've found some that I will be including in my TBJ's https://spotify.link/xoizQOJhTCb https://spotify.link/kGBDWCMhTCb

Shake is a big producer of 9d tracks. Some are up to 21D now. I'm not sure how I feel about 21D lol. I think 9 panning tracks is a good amount.

Have a friend who asked me if there is a breathing technique that someone can use for migranes / headaches? She told me she has tried everything known Suggestions please Thank you!

Nose breathing has helped a lot. I tape my mouth as well at night and do a lot of Co2 breathing. I barely get headaches or migraines anymore. (Knock on wood)

Hi everyone! I’m in the beginning of getting my certification and have some questions I’m hoping you can help me out! - Do all of our hours have to be done live? Meaning we play the playlist and speak our script over it in real time? I’m a little confused because I’m not sure how we are supposed to hold space to move energy if we are reading a script at the same time. I’ve recorded my first journey called Healing the Sister Wound and am planning on doing it for a few people but want to make sure playing my recorded journey counts or if it only is done in real time. - How do we record our journeys when they’re done live? I’m using my phone as a separate zoom participant so I know where they are in the journey and using my laptop for the zoom session. Would love any advice on how we record a session like this. I’d hate to do it and then not get credit. Someone else mentioned somewhere if we get their testimonial and a photo of the session it counts. Just want to confirm. Thanks!!

You can do photos and testimonials as well, yes. In order to record the zoom ones you have to do it on a computer but if it are doing them in person, you can take a picture or get testimonials and then log how long it was, what kind of journey, And their name, etc.

Breathwork Revolution Family! ✊ The time has come! My team and I have been working effortlessly behind the scenes for the last two years to create the perfect delivery vehicle for bringing the power of not just breathwork, but 9D Breathwork to the world stage 🌎 Our goal is crystal clear: to touch the lives of 24 million individuals every week with this therapeutic wisdom by April 2024. This goal is not merely an ambition, it is an assurance from us to you. Yet, a mission of this caliber is going to require a communal effort. That's where our extraordinary community steps in, the community that I envisioned as a beacon of shared transformation. Look at what we've done here already 🔥 If you’re here to simply reap all the benefits that breathwork can offer alongside connecting to like minded/hearted souls also on the same mission, then you keep doing that either way. But for those of you who experienced, that “holy fu*” moment the second you came out of your first 9D session with a desire to scream it from the mountain tops how infinitely powerful this sh* is, then we’d like to invite you to a special 9D launch session this Friday… 🚀 I’m going to be guiding my latest 9D experience; a 75-minute abundance activation journey, freshly off the production shelf, to align you all to the frequency of abundance, which means shedding all those outdated subconscious money blocks, and limiting beliefs 💰 This journey is an absolute game changer. Don’t take my word for it, just check out some of the feedback we’ve already received inside the 9D community below. The shifts people experience in just one journey are truly jaw-dropping. If you feel called to awaken your highest potential and step into your destiny as a leader in the breathwork revolution, now is the time. Comment "9D" below and I’ll send you the zoom link for the live group zoom call this Friday ✊ We’re not calling it the 9D Breathwork Revolution for no reason. We’ve never been more lit up and inspired to get this work out to the world than we are now. And we’re gonna need a small army of revolutionaries who are as passionate about the potential impact of this work as we are.

Firstly, thanks to @Erin Forbes for sharing her use of snowball mic and Aura Studio speakers (on my wish list) in what tools our revolutionists are using. Also, huge score with @Dani Trewhela sharing her Spotify list of 9D playlist, this got me thinking, what else is our collective using in the way of tech, apps, programs and gadgetry to aid, support or enhance both their own personal use and or in their client-based practise. This can be primarily for breathwork or anything that can be used as an adjunct to enhance the experience pre/post session. Personally, I make use of certain apps for aiding the mediative experience post breathwork (I find this the most powerful time to program and affirm my day), binaural beats and a frequency generator. Also, I have formulated, copied and saved a list of positive affirmations and empowering questions (happy to share) to weave into upcoming journey scripts. I am curious as to how one goes about mixing and overlaying when it comes to the production of the "Journey". Also are there apps to aid in breath timing? This platform is amazing in the way the support, information and love is shared without hesitation or expectation. Blessed to have found this space I find myself in now ........ a massive thanks to all that has supported and helped thus far and moving forward.

Yes! I love resources. I'm in the script and music writing phase. There are free apps like band lab to compose and record music into or if you really want to go sky high, you can record in a studio with programs like pro tools which costs will vary greatly doing that route. Voice overs / script reading can be done in many free apps. That is all about the mic for quality. For small groups having the speakers and stuff that Erin has is a great route. If you are planning big events, a PA system is usually a good route. I'm not sure which one. I'm meeting with a friend on Friday who has sold me and bands I've been in a lot of gear. Usually music venues have PAs and sound guys so I never had to buy one. I'll post what I find out. Canva is great for advertising and making little videos for your potential and current clients and its only like 13/ month. If you use it, it's worth it. You can post on Instagram or whatever media you like to use.

I'm curious where everyone is based in the world? I'm in Israel and was wondering if there are others from previous cohorts who are also here? I'd also love to know how people are bringing this work into their practices? Individual sessions, group sessions, online, face to face? I found myself getting overwhelmed at the possibilities and we aren't even there yet 😂

@Jenni Davies I'm in Pennsylvania now. It's been a bit of a culture shock from the west. People are very friendly though over all. It's just very fast paced. Haha. I was thinking about North Carolina. It seems really cool.

I'm listening in to the 9D Journey for Healing Ancestral Trauma (https://breathewithbrian.wistia.com/medias/tnytq5z5kz) but not partaking this time. It was insanely powerful when I did it the first time, but the eargasm is just as delicious and sublime even without the transient hypofrontality due to having low levels of CO2 in the blood, and the occasional deep bass note send the hairs on my body to stand up EACH and EVERY TIME. . . . . Or... I found that I have started breathing in time with the audio and my fingers/toes are getting that characteristic tingle.... Somatic magic FOR THE WIN!!!

Oh I loved the deep bass. It was pretty awesome.

OKAYYYYY WOWWWW. Have to share. I helped facilitate my first breathwork session last week and it was special to me because it was at the women’s circle I host monthly. My best friend led who just recently got her certification through this program in the last cohort and when I tell you it was the most beautiful & powerful thing I’ve ever experienced I mean it 🥲🙏🏼 I’ve obviously done quite a few journeys myself as the “student” but to help facilitate was a whole new vibe. The energy was palpable.✨ That being said, she led and I just walked the room making sure everyone was breathing correctly and when I tell you I was full on sobbing with these women… 😭😭😭 I left being like okay so is this gonna happen every time I lead since I’m such an empath and literally couldn’t stop crying. I’m hoping when I lead I’m able to stand in my power better and set my emotions to the side because yikessss lol. Does anyone else have experience with being an empath and a facilitator!?

I'm an empath but have only facilitated reiki Journeys. I'm very curious how I will do with transformational breathwork journeys. It's okay to cry though. It's powerful stuff. I've cried just feeling sad people without even touching them. ❤️

Hi everyone, another day another breath For sum reasons today lots of tears, and it’s all good. Wishing everyone a great day/evening and happy weekend. Ciao, Marc

Big hugs! Tears are a good sign. It's part of the process. Much love!

I completed Day 3 of Breathwork today and I am still loving it! I love creating routines. I have lived with adhd for most of my life so routines are my best friend and I always had a good night routine but not the greatest morning routine so I look forward to creating a good one. The main thing I always do each morning is a cold plunge. I think that paired with breath work is going to set me up for success.

Hi everyone, introducing myself to the group. My business is Bitch Critique (Being Inspired To Challenge Herself). I remove the emotional BS that prevents women from reaching their ultimate potential. My personal development journey started with Breathwork when I hit my lowest trying to conceive my 2nd baby via IVF (x17 failed embryo transfers) and it changed my life! 7 years later, I have completed training in several different modalities, niched in 4 different areas until the new perfectly aligned Bitch Critique was created, and I'm led back now to become certified in Breathwork to complete all I need to know, so I can benefit the greater good in others.

Can someone tell me the difference between holotrophic and euphoric breathing? Isn't it the same technique or am i doing something wrong?

@Gitika Sinha holotropic you can use nasal breathing as well as mouth. Deep inhale in and exhale, just as long as it's faster than your normal breathing rate with no breaks.

I feel like I have been let loose in a candystore with all the breathwork content and the different breathwork exercises that I can do - total overflowing abundance and joy to be here!!🩵💙💚💛

Just wait until you start taking the course 😀

During one of Brian's lessons he gives the step to get rid of people in your life that are not good for you and that makes a lot of sense but this is the one area I struggle with. I feel like I need to give an explanation. I've never been one to give the silent/ghost treatment. I also do not want to come off as mean or rude because crappy people usually have ego issues. Is there really a good method to let people know that you are moving in a new direction in life and they will not be a part of it? I know it's a necessary step and I will likely feel a lot better for it.

@Barbara Lanz Yes! I've always had issues with people pleasing. I have gotten better at saying no and you hit the nail on it head when you said that it's always those who you help the most. I'm definitely trying to learn a good balance. I want to be helpful but not be used. People who act like they are always right are definitely hard to handle. They are used to getting their way and having everyone eventually agree with them. I know I'll likely have to do some of the sessions twice. I've been through a lot of past trauma but honestly, Brian's sessions are more helpful than most of the therapy I have tried. I definitely feel more confidence and less anxious. Having this group is also super helpful. I will definitely put your thoughts to good use. Thank you so much for sharing. It sounds like we have been through some of the same stuff with people. ❤️

Early this morning, I had a close friend call me in a moment of absolute panic. I've been practicing Reiki for a while but decided to suggest one of the breath exercises that I learned from Brian to help give her relief more quickly, as sometimes Reiki takes more than one session. It helped a lot. It also helped me. I am very empathetic so I could feel the anxiety starting to rise in my own body. Using the 4-7-8 technique was very helpful.

I finally had a moment to lay down and do the Purge Session. That was very necessary. I highly recommend it to all that have not tried it yet. The last year was a hard one so it felt super relieving letting go of it. I feel completely refreshed. I am so happy I found this group.

Sometimes I feel the urge to swallow during a breath hold, and afterwards feel more relaxed. Is this a sneaky way of breathing? It usually happens during longer holds, but occasionally right at the beginning of a hold, when I’m still settling into it.

I have definitely done that before on holds, especially when I first started. It felt settling and more relaxing after.

I've gone and listened to "The Body Keeps the Score" again now as I am doing the coaching training I have read this book years ago, but have not been able to afford EMDR or any of the other modalities referenced in this work. After doing a few TBJ's, I am ever more convinced that the multiple sclerosis I have been battling for the past 12 years is tied to unresolved childhood trauma. I've worked with a fellow hypnotherapist, self-hypnosis, talked with counsellors and psychologists...but the cognitive element leads my conscious mind to throw up all manner of defense, lying to myself, saying that I have "dealt with it"🙄. This leads me to seek solutions for all the accessory "causes" (parasite infestation/Lyme/etc) and I tell myself stories to assuage my monkey mind (I think I'm a fairly intelligent person, and I tell exceedingly persuasive/compelling stories). After a TBJ, my ability to walk smoothly without a cane is improved greatly and persists for a longer time than my previous TBJ. #PeelThatOnion

@Amber Fleming-Shon most definitely! I have moved a lot. It can be a lot of work. Haha, especially if you are going a long distance away.

Breathwork Family, I’m asking again. Is there anyone with ideas for music or sounds that work with breathwork meditation? I have found a lot of trance-y type stuff but it all feels a little too fast, a little too busy. I feel like I’m not using the right words when searching. I have seen that some of you make your own music. Is any of this available? Please let me know if you have found a good simple rhythmic piece. Getting frustrated not being able to find what I’m looking for! Maybe this means I need to make my own as well 😵‍💫?

I'll create a YouTube list for you. I finally have some time off the next couple days. There are a bunch I love on there.

Hi Guys, this is the last installment of information gleaned from a recent class taken. This is bringing everything learned into practical application. I have two big take aways 1. Slow breathing is the Jam!!! The health benefits both mental and physical are amazing and we would all have better health outcomes from adopting this into our daily practice. The yogi's were right! 2. Proceed with caution and use modifications for your clients with Diabetes. We have seen that vigorous superventilation can be tricky for diabetics. Rapid drops in blood sugar can put people into hypo-glycemia if their blood sugar is not very well regulated. The sympathetic nervous system jolt, may add oxidative stress if the superventilation is too extended. Their ability to use their own nitric oxide to dilate blood vessels is impaired so nasal breathing is good but not nearly as helpful for those without. So how to modify journeys for diabetics. Limit the amount of time spent in superventilation. Perhaps doing a song or two of open mouth breathing followed by a song or two of nasal breathing and then back again would be a place to start. Encourage people to self regulate by slowing down their breath and breathing nasally intermittently during a journey and use more frequent 30-45 second breath holds. I would suggest no long breath holds over a minute as well. Let them know that they will still have a transformative experience but that this will be safer and it will respect the very unique way the body of someone with diabetes functions. Stay tuned for the Breath and Brain Health.............coming soon

Thank you @Joyce Harris ! This information is so great to add to our resources.

I was doing the 9D session last night and I was interrupted and it was at a moment when I was super vulnerable. I didn't have the come down. I normally like having the come down to go back to normal breathing and slowly get up and have some water, etc. I have a process for myself because I go so deep. It gave me a bad headache. It was right before the "scream" so needless to say, I was not happy for my headphones being taken off because I was about to release MEGA emotions and honestly I'm shocked I didn't scream when my partner took my headphones off. My Scottish blood runs deep haha. I was speechless and frozen and then my head started to hurt. I know I can do the session again and I will but I was wondering if anyone ever got interrupted during a session and if they got a splitting headache or any physical side effects. I am not sure if it was because the emotions got held in, if I was super annoyed, or if it was because I didn't get to bring myself back down to earth in a nice, relaxing manner. It went from like 120 to 0. Lights out to lights on, listening on headphones to having my headphones taken off. I feel like it was the spiritual form of blue balls. Have you been interrupted? If so, did you get physical or emotional side effects?
