Hi guys, I’m Dani and I have just started my Skool community called Human Needs Blueprint. I don’t think it needs an explanation 🤣 I started my work 5 years ago when I realised the local authority was training foster carers in a way that caused harm to vulnerable children. Not one professional could identify the children’s needs and although I was turning children’s lives around, it was 1 child every 3 years to achieve that. Social workers wanted to clone me so I set about finding a blueprint that enabled anyone to do what I was doing. When we have children we are told about the child’s basic human needs but beyond that advice is limited and outdated. Parents I’ve met are left lost and helpless trying to meet their child’s needs, because they are unable to identify them. Once parents could understand their child and all of their human needs, miracles happened :) Even the most complex and challenging behaviours could be understood and supported. Little did I know I created something so versatile it can be adapted to any area of life from individuals, relationships, corporate HR, government services etc etc. So with that I have started on Skool and I’m loving the platform and how welcoming everyone is. I have autism and social scenes are usually something I avoid, I find myself now actually enjoying socialising! 😊
