I'm in a few liquidity pools now but how do I reverse that and get out of a pool

I tried asking cashflow pro but still can't seem to figure it out so I recently made a pool trade on shadow and was approved by OKX wallet but didn't go thru to shadow so I see it on the DeFi tab in my OKX wallet but cashflow pro asks me to look in shadow but it's not there and that's where I'm stuck. I want to know how I could reverse this or cancel it or if there is another way to return the coins from DeFi to crypto.

I already funded my account on kraken what should I do next

I'm confused because I've seen explanations to buy different things during setup process. Should I buy Stablecoin first, Etherium, or something else? Possibly split? I have $200 in Kraken and want to take my next step today. Thanks in advance for any help.
