Hi, friends! The February challenge begins this Thursday, February 5! I've attached the guidelines. What do you think will be the most challenging part for you?

Ooooo love this!! For me DEFINITELY the produce challenge. But I love this because Iโ€™ve been trying to include this more for our meals, especially dinner.

And Iโ€™m a veggie hater LOL so maybe we can share out any recipes to make them taste better lol

YAY! Looking forward to another challenge. And hoping I donโ€™t get sick during this one lol I can definitely be better with steps still and water. But also would love to continue making sure snacks are protein based too!
Protein Bars!
Hi Friends! One of the bit takeaways from the challenge was how creative everyone is with their protein snack. Many of you opted for bars and it was requested that we start a thread with some of our favorite protein bars! I'm not a bar person (too hard with my dietary restrictions), so let's open up the thread to posting our favorite protein, too! Let's goooooo!

My favorite protein powder right now is called Clean Simple Eats! I also love my Fairlife products! I drink their already made chocolate protein shakes (30 grams - I get from Costco) and I also enjoy their chocolate and fat free milk for yummy treats. For bars- the IQ bars from Costco have been pretty good and the Build bar is a yummy marshmallow protein bar with about 17 grams of protein. Always looking for other options though!
JANUARY WINNER!
Congratulations to @Ashley Rhodes ! We'll chat about your prize! Ladies, the points were TIGHT and also took me forever to tally since you guys did so amazing! I'm so proud of you all and I truly hope you feel proud of yourselves. Making changes is one thing, but sticking to them is an entirely different ball game. We'll keep this group nice and active and we'll be soon enough be strong and ready for February's challenge! Lots of ideas for content! When I had spoken to some of you about the challenge, something that was said by each person was how great the accountability part is. Although the challenge is over, we'd love to find other ways of communication to keep the accountability alive. Here are a few options/ideas: a text thread (if you're comfortable sharing numbers) or a whatsapp thread (this may be good for notifications too...in case you want to minimize them compared to text messages). Comment below if you'd like to be added to an accountability thread and what your biggest takeaway was from this challenge!

YAY @Ashley Rhodes!! You definitely ROCKED this challenge for sure! And I think an accountability thread is a great idea! My biggest take away is that every little piece of effort/step matters! Like me just dancing endlessly with my toddler, going for 10 min walks here or there, and having high protein snacks readily available for me. Just those small steps really make a difference in how I feel! Although I have been a little sick during this past week with the challenge, I definitely am going to take these habits with me.
LAST DAY- January Challenge โ„๏ธ
You did it! TWO full weeks of awesomeness! My hope is that you continue to implement these little habits into your day. I gathered some ideas of different posts and am so excited at the closeness and community weโ€™ve built in here. Challenge ends at 5pm so letโ€™s put in the work today ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป Iโ€™ll be tallying a TON of points later tonight and Iโ€™ll announce the winner tomorrow!! Post your proof pics!

AHH I forgot about the 5PM closing time! But I did have my snack and working on my water (didnโ€™t finish for 5PM but will still hold myself accountable to get my 100oz in!) Thank you so much for this challenge Whitt! It was so nice to have a chance to connect to amazing ladies working towards their goals! And I am deff gonna take these habits into the rest of 2026!
