Slow Motion Is Better Then No Motion!
I recently closed another deal my 5th one actually you know how Rick says if you close 5 then you’re officially a reallll wholesaler! I’m posting this to get out of the woodworks and help others and also to learn from others that are a few steps before me!! 𝗜𝗠 𝗟𝗨𝗕𝗕𝗢𝗖𝗞 𝗧𝗫, 𝗔𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗘𝗡𝗘 𝗧𝗫, 𝗠𝗜𝗗𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗗/𝗢𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗔 𝗧𝗫, 𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗢 𝗧𝗫! • slow motion is better then no motion! •practice what you preach! •stick to one-2 marketing strategies for a few months or at least put enough volume and track it to be able to make a good decision if it’s working or not! •utilize other wholesalers. Don’t be greedy ask for help! •get up early and stay consistent- not consistently inconsistent! Do the same thing everyday don’t switch up the hours put in every week and don’t switch up marketing every week!

Got 2 leads from the SkyDrive AI List🔥🔥🔥
Cold calling in my new virtual market today in California and already got a lead. I’ve been putting so much time and effort into my local market (Houston, TX) and it just wasn’t producing the results I needed so I decided to use the Xleads new feature of the AI droning for dollars into another market. I decided to pull all the properties that scored a 60 or higher and already got TWO motivated sellers. One says she’s going through a legal battle and would need an investor to buy 🙌🏾. Another one has a tenant on a month to month lease and ready to sell now. I’m not even halfway through the list yet😄.

1 Seller Appointment 2 Assignment sent (1 deal) 1 JV opportunity 1 property sent to 4 buyers 1 buyer is interested 1 seller appointment set 1 Fresh hair cut Today was a busy day. I realized for the first time today, why a CRM matters. I was literally looking for a phone number on legal notepads in my desk. Fortunately, I have a most numbers saved in my phone. The number I was looking for,... I didn't find it. For the next 30 days of "Tacking Action", getting a handle on my CRM will be the most important addition to my process as we make it through the 1st QTR 2026.
