Hiyaaaaa!! I'm so bummed to be missing these every week. I got the chance to take a university level course (in Spanish!) on the topic of distributing Costa Rican coffee internationally and it's every M & Th evening for the foreseeable future. 💔 The coffee project is actually MUCH BIGGER than the 🍄 project, though they're very interrelated. Phase One of the coffee project: my microbiologist friend is doing studies on regenerating the soil of Don Gabriel's coffee plantation (where I live). We're using caca de caballo (horse poo bio-char) in an effort to recover the soil and turn it organic. 🔥 Phase Two- ♾️: the part where we completely change the culture of coffee growing in Costa Rica by teaching women coffee growers how to regenerate their soil and I connect them to a coffee roaster I just met in my class. My god, it's AMAZING how it all comes together when I just let goooOoo. Aaaand we're super-excited that you're @John James Staniszewski coming to Costa Rica in October!! We want you to come for a visit. Let's talk about regenerative farming, coffee growing, changing the world, one 🍄 at a time. Here's a hint about that ♾️ part: The Telluride Mushroom Festival but in Costa Rica, in the Nest overlooking the Bitcoin Jungle. 😂🤣😂
