Phone Answering Service?
Des anyone have a good experience using an answering service for their office? If so, would you be willing to share your experience and their contact details? Our whole team will be attending a conference and I'd like to make sure someone will be answering the phones in our absence. Thank you!

What is the general client perception when a service like Ruby answers the call? I'm a small/solo firm and have been considering this type of service. However, I know the experience of my clients calling and not getting someone they recognize will be an adjustment. Curious how people have thought about this.
