We've got about 65 properties so far. I only own my personal home though, so would like to purchase an STR. I obviously know about how great STRs are, so I'd say I'm in Stage 2 because my biggest mental hurdle now is financing because I'm pretttttty sure I won't qualify for a loan myself and would like a partner.
