Hi guys , so this is my mission ! Maintaining consistency. Its where ive failed before. Im going back to the basics so i can put the starting blocks in place. Been there done it given 100% , soon as life is good - stopped working on myself - crashed and burned. I dont want to be all or nothing guy anymore. January to march i basically as James would call it have a 3 month pity party. By april everythings falling apart because ive done f all then it takes the whole of May just to get on an even keel and then mid june Im back. This cycle cant go on ! Im in a better place now , my work here is to make sure i go forward, never back. I deserve this right , my family deserve the best version of me.
