DC battery charging
Hi Jason: I bought a new battery and charger (DC}, the voltage must be below 51 volts - Why will it not charge unless the remaining charge is below 51 volts? Thanks.

Jason::Ran the battery down as far as I can get it - 40.8v. So, how does one get to zero volts? The headlight works but rear wheel does not respond to throttle. This is the second attempt to get to zero volts. First attempt was the same and am still not able to start charging unless the battery is at 51v or less. Suggestions to get charging enabled above 51v remaining on battery? Thanks.
