@Keisha Williams great
We fed 200 cold leads into our AI engine. Here is the data.
Instead of guessing what works, we ran a live campaign last week in the HVAC and Plumbers space. No generic templates. No manual follow-ups. Just our automated backend handling the conversations. The Metrics: - Total Leads Processed: 200 - Positive Response Rate: 4.5% - Meetings Booked on Autopilot: 3 - Time Spent Manually: 0 minutes. How it worked:When a prospect raised an objection (e.g., "We already have a provider"), our conversational backend didn't give up. It automatically handled the objection, offered a specific asset, and guided them to the calendar. We are opening 2 slots this week to build and manage this exact pipeline for B2B founders who are tired of manual outreach. If you want us to handle the sourcing, deliverability, and setup so you only have to focus on the booked calls, comment "SCALE" below and I'll send you the details.
Ads Marathon
For the next week, I am running an "Ads Marathon." No fluff, no "guru" courses, no theory. I’m going to personally break down the strategies that are actually working in 2026 to scale B2C funnels, e-commerce stores, and high-ticket offers. I will be troubleshooting your ad accounts, fixing your tracking, and calling out the bad advice you’ve been fed. I tagged every single one of you because I don’t want anyone to say they missed the boat. If you want to keep playing small and losing money—it's up to you. If you want to actually scale—Vote in the poll below. I’m going to start with the topic that gets the most votes. If you have a question, drop it in the comments. I’m clearing my schedule to answer them. 📊 POLL: What’s the first bottleneck we are destroying?

Why your $2,000 Ads Course didn't work (and the ONLY 3 numbers you actually need to know)...
Let’s talk about the biggest lie in the paid ads industry. You do not need a Ph.D. in marketing, and you definitely don't need to learn a "secret ninja hack" to make ads work. Tell me if you are suffering from any of these right now: Symptom 1: You stare at your Meta Ads dashboard, see 40 different acronyms (ROAS, CPM, CPC, ATC), and feel completely paralyzed. Symptom 2: You have bought course after course hoping to find the "missing puzzle piece," but you are just losing money and getting more confused. Symptom 3: You have an ad running right now, but you have absolutely zero clue if it's "good," "bad," or if you should turn it off. If you feel like you need a translator just to understand what your ads are doing... Take a deep breath. It is completely NOT your fault. The "Ad Gurus" on YouTube intentionally overcomplicate everything. They invent insane 14-step funnels and use big fancy words because if they make you feel stupid, it's much easier to sell you their $2,000 mastermind. But there is a different (and much simpler) way to look at this. Paid ads are not magic. They are just a simple digital pipeline. And to know if your pipeline is broken, you only need to look at THREE numbers. Ignore everything else until you master these: 1. CTR (Click-Through Rate) = "Is your billboard interesting?"This tells you the percentage of people who saw your ad and actually stopped scrolling to click it. If your CTR is below 1%, your ad is boring. The fix? You don't need better targeting; you just need a better picture, video, or headline. 2. Conversion Rate = "Does your website suck?"This is the percentage of people who clicked your ad and actually bought your stuff (or gave you their email). If you have a great CTR (lots of clicks), but nobody is buying... your ad is fine! Your website is broken. Stop touching the ad and go fix your landing page or your pricing. 3. CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) = "The Bottom Line."How much did you pay Mark Zuckerberg to get one paying customer? If your product costs $100, and your CPA is $30... congratulations, you have a money printer. Don't turn it off! If your CPA is $150, you are losing money.

How Meta secretly drains your ad budget on Day 1 (And the 3 boxes you MUST uncheck)...
Let’s talk about the fastest way to lose money on the internet. You finally build up the courage to launch your first ad campaign. You hit "Publish," go to sleep, and wake up excited to check your phone. Tell me if you are experiencing any of these absolute nightmares right now: Symptom 1: Your ad spent $50 before you even had your morning coffee, but you have zero sales and zero leads to show for it. Symptom 2: Facebook says you got 100 "Link Clicks," but when you check your website, absolutely nobody actually showed up. Symptom 3: You are getting tons of clicks, but they are all coming from random mobile games or countries you don't even ship to. If you feel like you are just donating your hard-earned money straight to Mark Zuckerberg's yacht fund... Take a deep breath. It is completely NOT your fault. Meta is a business. When you create a new campaign, their default settings are literally designed to spend your money as fast as possible on the cheapest, lowest-quality traffic available. They hide the "good stuff" behind little gray buttons that beginners don't know to click. But there is a different way to do this. You just need to take back control. Before you launch your next campaign, you need to play defense. Stop using Meta's default recommendations and manually UNCHECK these 3 traps: 1. The "Audience Network" TrapBy default, Meta will show your ad on random mobile games and third-party apps. 99% of these clicks are from people with "fat thumbs" accidentally tapping your ad while trying to play Candy Crush. Turn this OFF. Stick to the Facebook and Instagram feeds. 2. The "Link Clicks" TrapIf you tell Meta your goal is "Traffic" or "Link Clicks," they will go find professional window-shoppers. These are people who click everything and buy nothing. Always change your goal to "Conversions" or "Sales." You want buyers, not clickers. 3. The "Advantage+ Audience" Trap (For Beginners)Meta wants to completely ignore your targeting and guess who wants your product. If you have a brand new account with no data, Meta's guesses are terrible. Switch back to "Original Audience Options" so YOU can control exactly who sees your ads until you have some actual buyers.
