Everyone wants me to look at their property first
What do you do when clients ask you to look at their property first? I can't be going out to tons of houses that might be out of my abilities for free. Thanks!

@Stuart Clifford Thanks. What if they keep insisting that you come check out their property? Just be honest that you can't do that and refuse, and try to scope it out by address and details?
