Hey everyone. I'm new here! My first tour is giving me fits. I'm trying to precede an interior virtual tour with a regular video clip that shows exterior and approaches the front door. I'm able to add that clip to my tour, but instead of stopping at the end and transitioning to the next scene (my 360 interior shot), the video just loops over and over. Can someone give me an idea how to fix this? Or if this is beyond the software's capability? TIA!

Trying to upload a 2d (5sec) or 3d(8sec)video at the start of the tour in mp4 but constantly fails. What am I doing wrong? Also when i try to activate the live chat it doesn't work. I have a pro+ plan. Once I am able to upload the video is there a way to make it play and then transition straight to the first 3d picture? Thanks in Advance
