DAY 3 - The Masks You Were

I wore the nice guy mask. This mask was highly manipulative because I basically tricked people into thinking I was a good guy but I was a manipulative person who wanted people to like him. As I continue this work in men's work as well as other modalities I'm begging to access better communication of my boundaries as well as being able to unleash my inner bad ass. But like a good kind of bad ass where I don't take any shit and I stick up for people that I love in a fierce and appropriate way. I find as I let this mask go more honesty is coming through as well as a lot more humor in my life. I'm able to laugh at situations more. I'm able to make light of otherwise heavy stuff or when negative people are being shits I can naturalize that shit. And I can laugh at myself more which is really important in this work. For me, not to take things too too seriously is good. I used to be so serious all the time. It's really beautiful to see as this mask fades away whats left is a deep and genuine inner light and love that just shines brightly all the time at everything. Currently though, I wear a lot of fucking masks. Because I'm an actor. So I'm a professional liar and an emotional prostitute. But I get paid for it so I guess that's okay. And I only use my powers for good.

Greetings Warrior's! Excited to be here and honored to be sharing this with you. One of the stories that I've been telling myself recently is that I've been coming out of this funk for a while now of depression, addiction and suicidal thoughts. I've been doing a lot of inner work over the past half year and have come a very long way. It feels as though this is no longer true and that I'm in a very good place. Though it also feels as though I could slip back into it at any moment. So today I let that shit go. I honour my dedication to change my own inner and outer world. I honour my ability to show up powerfully for those that are close to me. And I honour my clear and uninterrupted vision for the life that i am continually recreating moving forward. ❤️🔥🙏❤️🔥
