I had another flipped claim this week. Insurance came out agreed to repair just a few shingles on the one slope we were able to prove that it was not repairable. They didn’t wanted to pay for just to replace the one slope so then we had to show connecting slopes and why that it had to be replaced and we have now turned it into a full New roof replacement with interior and gutters as well.

This is where we brag a little. Roofing is hard work. Long days, tough weather, demanding customers, tight margins. So when something goes RIGHT, we're gonna celebrate it here. What counts as a win? - Landed a big job - Got a great review or referral - Finished ahead of schedule - Solved a tricky problem - Had a zero-incident safety week - Collected payment without chasing - Hired a solid new crew member - Hit a revenue milestone - Customer sent you cookies (or beer) - Finally figured out that one thing that's been bugging you - Literally ANYTHING you're proud of No win is too small.
