What does a router do when a packet arrives with a TTL value of 1?

This was a very good question. I was stuck thinking it would increment the TTL and forward the pack or drop the packet. But if it increments the packet, that would put it at 0, so it must drop it because the next router wouldn't accept it (those are my thoughts). But in all the years, this is the first time I ever saw this question asked. Thanks Vith for sharing this one.
Remembering Wireless Protocols
I found this online some time ago and I think it's great for remembering wireless protocols. 802.11 - it has only 2 1’s with no letters, so it’s all “2’s”, 2.4 GHz, 2 Mbps 802.11a - "advanced" band 5 GHz, "adequate" speed 54 Mbps. 802.11b - “bad everything”. 2.4 GHz is slower than 5 GHz so it’s the "bad band", and 11 Mbps is “bad speed” cause it’s not much of an improvement from 802.”11” 802.11g - the “OG” band 2.4 GHz, "grim" speed 54 Mbps 802.11n - 2.4 GHz “n” 5 GHz, "new" speed 600 Mbps 802.11ac - "Advanced (a)" band 5 GHz, "Commendable (c)" speed 6.93 Gbps 802.11ax - "All (a)" bands, 2.4 / 5 / 6 GHz, "Xtreme (x)" speed 4 * 6.93 Gbps. I remember that it's "4 * 802.11ac" by the X having 4 points.

The speed is limited to your ISP as well. Here I have 1200Mbps, but I usually get about 900. When it's congested it slows down just a tad.

These wireless questions are tough. I am going to do the CBT Nuggets free week trial to study Wireless.
Scenario-based Question#26
An engineer configures a router with ipv6 unicast-routing and assigns an IP address to G0/0. However, PCs connected to G0/0 are not automatically generating their own IPv6 addresses. What is missing?

Very good question. I just read about IPv6 for the last two days and still got it wrong.
Scenario-based Question#27
A company wants to interconnect its headquarters with a branch office over the internet. They require a secure connection that supports multicast traffic for their routing protocols (OSPF). Which VPN solution is most appropriate?

Thanks for the question. I narrowed it down to two answers. I made the right guess. I am studying security in the OCG now.
