@Darryl Villamor thank you! It’s great to find a community of like-minded real estate investors. Yes managing out of state is definitely challenging. I am trying to systematize as much as I can. And I try to create checks and balances between my team members to mitigate things slipping through the cracks. I figure if I can create a process that works for out-of-state investing. It won’t just open up my opportunities to finding new and better deals that might not be available to me in my own backyard.
