@Dasha Love Dasha, thanks for sharing the video. I took a little time to look through Love University because I wanted to understand how the experience comes together for someone discovering your community for the first time. You have a powerful vision, and I can see the depth of what you're offering. However, I noticed a few opportunities that I believe could help you communicate that value much more effectively. For example: 1. The first-time member journey: Someone joining with a powerful idea but no clear direction should immediately know where to start, what to watch first, and what action to take next. A structured Start Here experience could make that journey much easier. 2. Classroom organization: You already have valuable learning resources in your classroom. But with so many different courses and activations, a clear learning pathway would help members understand which resources to access first and how each one connects to their bigger transformation. 3. Community landing page: Your About page communicates your vision, but I see an opportunity to create a more focused conversion experience that clearly presents the problem you solve, what members will experience inside, the transformation they can expect, and why they should join. 4. Member engagement: Beyond watching videos, members need reasons to participate, share their ideas, take action and celebrate progress. A well-organized community structure can help turn passive learners into active participants. My point is that you already have the knowledge, content and vision. What I see as the missing opportunity is bringing everything together into a clear experience that helps people move from discovering your message to actually experiencing the transformation. This is exactly the kind of work I do. I help Skool owners with community structure, member journeys, classroom organization, course presentation, landing pages and engagement strategies. I we love to share a few practical ideas on how I would improve the experience without changing the vision you've already created.
