Hi
What are you going to do for yourself today? 💙 DAY 19 OF 31 | CARING FOR THE CAREGIVER 💙 Who’s caring for YOU while you’re caring for everyone else? Today marks Day 19 of my 31-day clean eating journey, and I’m officially 8 pounds down! 🎉💪🏽 But today isn’t just about weight loss. It’s about balance, discipline, and learning to prioritize my own well-being. Today, I have a volunteer commitment, so there’s no gym. And that’s perfectly okay! I’m still nourishing my body, staying hydrated, and showing up for something that matters to me. 💚 To every caregiver reading this: You spend so much time making sure everyone else eats, takes their medications, gets to appointments, and feels loved. But when was the last time you checked on YOU? You cannot keep pouring from an empty cup. Self-care doesn’t always mean going to the gym or taking a vacation. Sometimes it’s eating a nutritious meal, drinking enough water, resting, setting boundaries, or simply giving yourself permission to say, “I need a moment.” Taking care of yourself is not selfish. It’s necessary. I’m learning that caring for myself allows me to continue caring for others with strength, compassion, and purpose. 🌱 19 days of intentional choices. 💧 Staying hydrated. ❤️ Giving back through volunteering. 💪🏽 8 pounds down. 🙏🏽 Grateful for another day to make a difference. Caregivers, here’s my question for you: What’s ONE thing you’re going to do for YOURSELF today? 👇🏽 Tell me in the comments. I want to encourage you! 💙 Servants Who Care Caregiving | Education | Support #ServantsWhoCare #CaregiverSupport #CaregiverSelfCare #31DayChallenge #CaregiverBurnout #HealthyHabits #SelfCareMatters #CaregivingMadeSimple

This is a community built on compassion, connection, encouragement, and support. Whether you are a caregiver, family member, healthcare professional, or someone simply looking for guidance, please know this: You bring value to this community. Your experiences matter. Your questions matter. Your voice matters. We all have something to give and something to learn. No one has all the answers, but together we can share knowledge, encouragement, resources, and real-life experiences that may help someone else along their caregiving journey.💛 Here, you are more than just another member. You are seen. You are appreciated. And you belong.
A New Name, A Bigger Vision, And The Same Heart 💙
Welcome to SERVANTS WHO CARE! First, I want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to each and every one of you who joined this community when it was known as Two’s Company Companion Care. Whether you’ve been here from the beginning or recently joined, I truly appreciate you! 💙 We’re making some exciting changes, but I want to reassure you of one thing: The name may have changed, but my heart for caregiving has not! 👩🏽‍⚕️ I’m still a nurse. I’m still passionate about educating, encouraging, and supporting caregivers, families, and those navigating the challenges of caring for someone they love. You’ll continue to receive practical caregiving tips, nursing education, resources, and honest conversations about the realities of caregiving. But we’re also growing into something bigger! 🌟 WHAT’S NEW? 💙 Servants Who Care Home Services I’m taking you along on my journey of building a home care services business. I’ll be sharing lessons learned, challenges, and educational modules about the steps involved in starting and operating a care services business. 💙 Servants Who Care Foundation I’m also building a nonprofit foundation! For those interested in starting a nonprofit or simply learning what the process involves, I’ll be sharing my journey, including the paperwork, planning, lessons, and steps along the way. 💙 Caregiver Education & Support This will ALWAYS be part of our foundation. Expect more caregiving education, helpful resources, conversations, and support for those caring for others. 📚 FREE COMMUNITY, MORE OPPORTUNITIES This community will be free to join and participate in! As we grow, I’ll also introduce optional paid educational resources, courses, and modules for those who want to take their learning further. You don’t have to purchase anything to belong here. ❤️ TO MY ORIGINAL MEMBERS You are part of the beginning of something special. Thank you for believing in this community and being here as we grow. I don’t have everything figured out, and I won’t pretend that I do. But I believe there’s tremendous value in learning, growing, and sharing the journey together.
Happy Saturday
