I am looking for advice on communication processes for tenants. We will have 36 units as of the beginning of May. We will handle our own property management as we have in the past, but we need to establish a better communication process for tenants. I think we need a general dedicated phone number, and emergency after hours communication process, etc.

Check out the attached pdf that I received from my accountant. It shows the estimated tax savings for the seller, if they participate in a VTB over 5 years. The difference in capital gains tax is huge.

I have followed other programs and studied everything I can get my hands on.
