Cold Calls, Who keeps you accountable?
Iāve been cold calling my database the past few weeks on and off since mid may, have booked 5 meetings, (2 showed up for the call, 2 didnāt and 1 rescheduled), then thereās about 15 āinterested/tell me more/send me some infoā leads. Itās been inconsistent up until now, 20 calls 1 day, 30 another, none the next, 45 the next, 0 for a few days, 60 just yesterday. But, I can see that itās just a numbers game, and each day of calls makes me better (no shitš). So the plan is to make no less that 55 calls per day, but going to push for closer to 100 per day (5-6 hours). (Iām gamifying it for myself, i put dummy numbers in the spreadsheet screenshot I added, but hopefully tracking everything religiously will keep me accountable to my numbers) Hereās my point: - Are any of you also cold calling on a daily basis? - Do you have some sort of accountablility group of other SMMA owners, or even sales people where youāre all making calls everyday? I think Iād benefit from this personally, but fuck it, Iāll make the calls regardless. Does anyone have a group like this?
