Bryce, my trainer (Dylan Allen in Winchester, CA) has me doing some dietary stuff to get shredded before bulking. I haven't learned all the macro stuff yet but I'm solely focused on protein and supplement intake the next two weeks. He's done this with lots of his clients with great success. You and I should probably talk on the phone about how I'm splitting my time between the two programs I'm doing. My goal is 5 workouts a week, minimum. I'm not there yet. I've been slacking on communicating with you, B, but I haven't been slacking on the workouts or eating habits. You know my situation is different since I'm also working with a trainer. @Bryce Wood my shoulder is @#$%ed so I'm focusing on legs. I'm not shy in sharing that I'm taking TRT via doctor's guidance trying to work through my various injuries and I have a lot. Thank you, Marine Corps. I'll hit you up when I have time, Bryce. Didn't want to bug you since I know all too well the life of a business owner. I should be able to work through my rotator cuff but I won't be setting any weightlifting records. My broken back is handling it as well as I can expect. My sciatica is currently cooperating but the nerves and arthritis in my back leave a lot to be desired. Hopefully I've bitched sufficiently. I'll keep after it through the pain until I fall over dead. You know me well...
