Claude Skills 2.0 ⚡
Claude just leveled up our entire strategy with its new Agent Skills feature, and it is a massive shift for how we operate. Instead of just typing prompts and copy-pasting answers, you can now literally teach Claude your exact Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). By leveraging its new computer use capabilities, you can essentially let it "watch" you work and build repeatable systems based on your exact actions. Think about what this means for your daily operations. Your workflows get streamlined instantly—as if you just hired a hyper-efficient personal assistant who sits right next to you, ready to execute your processes without dropping the ball. We are diving into the exact details of how to set this up and deploy it in your business today at 1:00 PM MT inside the AI Systems Lab. If you are not yet in the AI Systems Lab group but want to jump in and see this in action, text me and I’ll get you the details for this afternoon’s session. 385-207-9189 Let's build! 🚀

I just found out the hard way that Claude Cowork won't operate on my desktop computer at home because it has Windows "Home" instead of Windows "Pro". I never had a need before to upgrade on my desktop, but I am now!!!
Contract Review Cheat Code
I’m working through a 1031 Exchange right now and had a legal document I needed to review before signing. This is one of the most practical ways to use AI: not to replace your attorney, but to quickly scan a contract for red flags, unfair terms, vague language, hidden obligations, and questions you should ask before you sign. Use this before reviewing vendor agreements, lending docs, service agreements, lease terms, partnership agreements, 1031 documents, or anything else where the fine print matters. Before you give it to AI, remove private client info, account numbers, signatures, addresses, or anything confidential. Check the first comment for the prompt I used ↓

This is awesome!
Anthropic released the model they were holding back
Anthropic dropped Claude Fable 5 this morning. Quick backstory so this makes sense. In April, Anthropic built a model called Mythos that was so capable at finding software vulnerabilities they refused to release it. They only gave it to a small group of partners like Apple, Google, JPMorgan, and AWS so those companies could use it to patch their own systems before anyone else got access. Fable 5 is that same model, released to the public with guardrails. If you ask it something in a high-risk area like cybersecurity or biology, it quietly hands the question to Opus 4.8 instead. Anthropic says that happens in under 5% of sessions, so for business use you will likely never notice. What you should know as an operator: 1. It sits above Opus. This is the new top tier. The longer and more complex the task, the bigger the impact. Multi-step projects, massive documents, and agent workflows, that is where you will actually feel the difference. 2. The testing window is right now. It is included on Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise plans through June 22. After that, heavy usage may require credits until they expand capacity. If you want to pressure-test it on real workflows, the next two weeks are your window. (I assume that's why Anthropic is giving everyone double token usage right now.) 3. It compresses time. Early reports are showing heavy analysis and coding work that usually takes weeks finishing in days. For those of us running AI org charts, this completely changes the scope of what a single assistant can own. I wanted to test it out myself to see if there's a difference compared to Opus. First prompt I ran this afternoon: a full outside audit of my Claude Cowork workspace across different businesses and my life areas. It spun up 4 sub-agents and ran 176 steps in parallel - completed in about 5 minutes. The exact prompt is in the first comment. Steal it and run it on your own setup. If you end up using Fable for something cool, share your wins below. One more thing. This Friday, 11am MT (1pm ET), I'm doing a full deep dive on Fable 5 inside the AI Systems Lab. We'll go through strategies to maximizing your output with Claude CoWork, the workflows I'm migrating, and how to think about building an AI org chart that supports your business growth.

Claude Just Dropped Live Artifacts ⚡︎
You ask Claude to build a dashboard, a tracker, or a report — and it creates a live interactive page inside your workspace that you can reopen any time. Instead of a one-time answer, it continues to pull live data. Here is why this is so useful: if your data lives in an external tool, a property management platform, a CRM, Google Spreadsheet or Excel file, and that tool has an MCP connector, Claude can access that data directly. An MCP connector is essentially a bridge that lets Claude talk to the tools you already use, meaning the data in your Live Artifact updates straight from the source. You're no longer logging into multiple portals and copying numbers by hand. This is my Airbnb portfolio dashboard. Revenue, occupancy, bookings, platform split, month-over-month comparison, all in one place. The data pulls from my property management platform (Hospitable). Instead of bouncing between platforms, you can now view whats important to you without leaving Claude. 𝗗𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁: - Your pipeline from your CRM. - Custom databases from Notion. - Website traffic from your analytics tool. - Social media metrics from your tracking platforms. - Annual and quarterly goal progress from your tracking dashboards. - Team task completion from your project management system. - Financial metrics from your accounting software. Anything you currently log into somewhere to check—if that tool has an MCP connector (just ask AI if it does), it can live in one dashboard you build once. MCP connectors already exist for most major tools like Google Sheets, Notion, HubSpot, and others, and setup takes a few minutes inside Claude's settings. Build the view once. Let it pull the data. Stop logging in everywhere. What is the first dashboard you’d want to build to stop checking three different tabs? Drop your ideas, or better yet, drop a screenshot of the Live Artifact you build in the comments below so we can all share different ways to use this.

The possibilities are endless! I have multiple businesses and I would love to have a one-stop shop to view my monthly numbers all in one live snapshot that didn't require me updating my spreadsheet manually. Now can you teach me to write me a prompt to tell Claude how to connect to all that data? :)
Building AI Workflows ⚙️
I still see people spending hours on tasks that could be automated in an afternoon. What's the one manual task you do every single week that you haven't automated yet? Drop it below, let's see if we can find an AI solution for it together. 👇

Building tracker spreadsheets. I think AI could easily build it by me giving it the data I want to track, I just don't know how to tell AI in a way that it will understand what I want. Right now the only AI that I have at a paid level is ChatGPT and Perplexity. I also have Gemini Pro through our KW Gmail account. But I have been underwhelmed by what it can do for me. However, I am humble enough to admit it might be more due to ineffective prompts than true inability for Gemini to do a task.
